One leaf, two leaves, three leaves, four;
Five leaves, six leaves, let them fall.
Summer's gone and winter's near.
Yellow, orange, red, and gold, they are here.
The somber red sun and the dark blue clouds depart;
As cold brisk evening air brushes gently, giving a start.
While at the hearth, bunny slippers and warm blankets call us home to stay;
Awesome Autumn I bid you goodbye, for there'll be another day.
